Rubi Flores: Policy director, Congressional Hispanic Caucus

Rubi Flores has been named policy director of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, where she will lead efforts to counter the Trump administration's policies on mass deportation and other issues affecting Latinos. Flores, 30, is a former concert pianist and an immigrant from Mexico who arrived in the U.S. at age 10.
