Republicans want to hold Fauci in contempt for invoking the Fifth. Can they do that?

Senator Rand Paul stated that Dr. Anthony Fauci should face "consequences" for invoking his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. The Republican party aims to hold Dr. Fauci in contempt of Congress for his refusal to testify.
