Rep. Subramanyam Says Federal Data Center Plan Is Needed

Representative Subramanyam stated that a federal plan is needed to regulate the data center industry, to protect communities from negative impacts and ensure equitable costs. This follows a committee advancement of part of his proposed data center rules.
