Rep. Kiley Challenges Party Control in Congress

Rep. Kevin Kiley called for House rules to guarantee committee assignments for lawmakers outside the two major parties after his own assignments were temporarily vacated. Kiley also criticized mid-decade gerrymandering and supported mail voting, arguing that election policy should be set by Congress.
