Rep. Jim Jordan formally asks DOJ to prosecute Jack Smith

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan sent a letter to the Justice Department requesting a criminal investigation of former special counsel Jack Smith. Jordan alleges Smith made false statements during a congressional deposition last year.
