Rep. Casar on Texas Data Center Freeze

Representative Greg Casar of Texas stated that AI CEOs should testify before Congress regarding employment and national security concerns and that data center projects should be blocked if they harm communities. Casar discussed proposed legislation to tax large AI companies to fund a federal jobs program.
