Rand Paul issues subpoena for Anthony Fauci

Senator Rand Paul issued a subpoena for Dr. Anthony Fauci to appear before the Senate Homeland Security Committee in July after Fauci backed out of a voluntary agreement to testify. Fauci previously notified the committee that he would not appear for a voluntary testimony this month.
