Postal Service Publishes Finalized Plan to Restrict Mail Ballots

The New York Times reported that the Postal Service has published a finalized plan to restrict mail ballots. This plan will only go into effect if the Supreme Court rules in favor of President Trump's executive order to curtail mail voting.
