Pentagon reports more than 600 Iran war casualties in quiet database update

The Pentagon updated its official war casualty database, adding more than 140 wounded service members and introducing a new category for personnel killed and wounded in "Overseas Operations" starting July 7. The updated database now lists 14 service members killed and over 400 wounded in action during the earlier phase of the US-Iran war, Operation Epic Fury.
