Pennsylvania reports apparent third measles-related death amid outbreak

A Pennsylvania coroner announced the death of a 40-year-old woman on Saturday, bringing the state's total measles-related deaths to three. The previous two deaths involved infants, one with a genetic defect and the other from a ruptured spleen.
