Partnerships in action in the Western Hemisphere: During the #PANAMAX26 exercise in Panama, partner nations are refining their readiness to counter narco-terrorist networks and safeguard the Panama Canal. On Aug. 6, U.S., Ecuadorian, Peruvian and Panamanian teams operated as a combined special operations force to extract a simulated high-value target during a time-sensitive target raid training. Multinational defense and security forces are training together during the Panamanian-hosted PANAMAX exercise.
