Paramount settles with states that sued over Warner Bros. Discovery merger

Paramount Skydance reached an agreement to settle with 12 states that sued the media conglomerate over its planned purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery. California Attorney General Rob Bonta led the coalition of state attorneys general suing to block the merger.
