Ousted California GOP leader Heath Flora who backed Dem tax hikes funded two affairs with campaign cash

Republican state legislator Heath Flora was ousted from leadership and allegedly conducted two simultaneous extramarital affairs while spending campaign funds in bars. The Post has learned that Flora was allegedly conducting these affairs while still married.
