On June 8, Border Patrol assisted Maverick County Sheriff’s Office in a traffic stop for Miguel Francisco Hernandez-Jimenez, an illegal alien from Mexico, who was smuggling humans inside a HVAC system in his truck bed.    Officers disassembled the HVAC system and found Esteban De Paz-Jimenez, an illegal alien from Mexico convicted of larceny, drug possession, damaging property, aggravated assault with weapon, and illegal re-entry. An additional FOUR illegal aliens were also hiding in the HVAC unit.   Our borders are secure. You cannot hide or sneak into the country. We will find you, arrest you, and you will face the consequences.
