Ohio man pleads guilty to smashing windows at Vance’s home

An Ohio man pleaded guilty to vandalizing Vice President JD Vance's Cincinnati home. William D. DeFoor admitted to engaging in acts of physical violence against government property and causing depredation to U.S. property.
