NYC councilwoman says state's democratic socialist not eligible for Congress

New York City Councilwoman Vickie Paladino stated that Darializa Avila Chevalier, who won the state's congressional primary, would not be eligible for Congress. Chevalier would be ineligible under the oath of office required to serve in the House of Representatives.
