Nicolás Maduro’s billionare ‘bagman’ ally Alex Saab to plead guilty in federal money laundering case

Alex Saab, an ally of Nicolás Maduro, will plead guilty to federal money laundering charges. Saab was previously charged in 2019 during the first Trump administration.
