Military to reimburse service members freezing eggs, sperm

The Pentagon announced a pilot program to reimburse eligible service members for egg and sperm freezing. The National Defense Authorization Act of 2025 mandated the implementation of this initiative to cover up to $500 in annual costs for sperm cryopreservation services.
