McConnell returns to Capitol after 3-month absence

Senator Mitch McConnell returned to the U.S. Capitol and cast his first Senate vote since June, voting in favor of Matthew Byrne's nomination to be a district judge in Ohio. McConnell stated he is ready to work on the farm bill, NATO, and Ukraine while continuing physical therapy for lingering effects of childhood polio.
