Massive ‘Mamdani surge’ does not materialize in contested NYC House races

Voter turnout for this year's congressional Democratic primaries is substantially lower than last year when Zohran Mamdani secured a notable victory. The expected surge of younger voters, previously observed in the prior election, has not materialized in the current contested New York House races.
