Marcus Phillip Conceicao has been charged with assaulting a federal law enforcement officer during a protest outside of Delaney Hall in New Jersey. This protestor allegedly used an umbrella to push ICE officers away and then threw it in a spear-like manner, striking an officer. If anyone assaults a federal law enforcement officer aggressively, DOJ will find them and prosecute them.
