Man shot by ICE officer in Texas back in hospital, attorney says 

Attorney Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch stated that a Venezuelan man shot by an ICE officer was hospitalized with a bullet still lodged in his back. The man had been taken to an immigration facility prior to his readmission to the hospital.
