Lawmakers caution Burgum, NPS they have ‘no power to build’ Trump’s arch

Six lawmakers sent a letter to Interior Secretary Doug Burgum and NPS Acting Director Jessica Bowron stating they have "no power to build" a triumphal arch without congressional approval. The lawmakers oppose the project in the strongest terms and object to its construction.
