Landlord sues upscale ‘squatters’ in luxe NYC tower who racked up a colossal $78K in back rent

The New York Post reported that a landlord is suing two residents in a Central Park South tower for allegedly squatting and accumulating $78,375 in unpaid rent. The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
