Kentucky governor calls on McConnell to prove he is fit to serve or resign: ‘Address the people’

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear called on Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to prove he is fit to serve or resign. Beshear also wrote to Senate Majority Leader John Thune requesting an investigation into McConnell's condition.
