Kennedy Center tells court it won't try to restore Trump's name to the building before Sept. 8

The Kennedy Center informed a federal court it will not restore President Trump's name to the building's facade before September 8 at the earliest. Opponents of the name restoration claim board members are intent on defying a previous court order mandating its removal.
