Justice Department secures deportation of Afghan woman through secretive ‘Alien Terrorist’ court

The Justice Department announced it secured the deportation of Afghan woman Nazira Haji Zada through the Alien Terrorist Removal Court. Zada, accused of assisting in a foiled terror plot, conceded she was an alien terrorist and was deported after a removal order was signed by Judge Joan Ericksen.
