Justice Department indicts former postal worker for tossing out mail-in ballots in Utah

The Justice Department unsealed an indictment accusing former U.S. Postal Service employee Damon Matai Seei of throwing out approximately 300 mail-in ballots in Utah. Seei was indicted on one count of unlawful secretion, destruction, and delay of mail.
