'Jumping ship': House Dem finds exit strategy after SCOTUS ruling shifts advantage to GOP

Representative Cleo Fields, D-La., announced he will leave Congress to return to the Louisiana state Senate. His decision follows the Supreme Court's ruling in Louisiana v. Callais, which altered his 6th Congressional District.
