Judge says Trump prosecutor in LA is ‘unlawfully serving’ in latest hit to Trump’s DOJ

A Los Angeles judge ruled that a prosecutor in the Trump administration's Department of Justice was "unlawfully serving" in his role. The ruling does not immediately take effect and may be reviewed by the Supreme Court.
