Judge OKs paint tests for Trump’s Eisenhower Executive Office Building makeover

A federal judge has permitted the Trump administration to repaint the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. The renovation proposal for the building next to the White House is estimated to cost taxpayers at least $7.5 million.
