Judge blocks Trump’s order preventing USPS from restricting mail-in voting

A federal judge blocked the US Postal Service from implementing part of Donald Trump’s executive order that tightens rules for mail-in voting. The ruling effectively expanded on an earlier order preventing implementation in 23 states.
