Judge blocks Trump limits on how long foreign students and journalists can stay in US

US District Judge F Dennis Saylor blocked the Trump administration from implementing a new rule limiting the stay of foreign students and journalists in the United States. The ruling came a day before the Department of Homeland Security's restrictions were scheduled to take effect.
