Ambassador Greer met with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum during the third bilateral negotiating round for the USMCA, reviewing economic security, labor, agriculture, and other trade issues. Greer and Mexican Secretary of Economy Marcelo Ebrard directed their teams to convene for the fourth negotiating round in Washington, D.C. in September 2026.
