Jeanine Pirro suffers another blow as judge releases accused WWII Memorial vandal

Judge Mary Kay Scruggs ordered the release of a man accused of vandalizing the WWII Memorial after prosecutors, led by the Independent's former prosecutor, failed to keep him detained twice. The prior case involving the Reflecting Pool also collapsed.
