Iran Says Talks with Oman Progressing, Meetings with Pakistan Ongoing

The Iranian Foreign Ministry stated that talks with Oman regarding control of the Strait of Hormuz are progressing, and that meetings with Pakistan concerning a partnership are ongoing. This comes as Pakistan was previously positioned as a neutral mediator in U.S.-Iran conflict.
