In order to Power the Great American Comeback, we at the Trump EPA believe strongly in partnering with states to advance cooperative federalism and streamline the rule making process to following through on our core statutory obligations. Today, EPA’s two proposed actions—if finalized—would grant New Hampshire’s request to withdraw from the Ozone Transport Region, and would remove the Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance program from the State Implementation Plan.
