ICE to spend up to $20m on gloves that can deliver painful electric shocks

ICE plans to spend up to $20 million on thousands of electric shock gloves for its officers by March. These devices, manufactured by Compliant Technologies LLC, are designed to bring individuals into compliance within three seconds.
