ICE detains San Diego Padres catching coordinator in El Paso

Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained Oswaldo Jose Pirela Dominguez, a catching coordinator for the San Diego Padres, at El Paso International Airport. Dominguez, an immigrant from Venezuela, was reportedly in the country legally with authorization to stay until 2018.
