House GOP report details how Dem fundraising platform ActBlue allowed illegal foreign donations

A House Republican report details how the Democratic fundraising platform ActBlue flagged an instance of a donor with an IP address in Hong Kong. The report states that an ActBlue supervisor wrote to an employee that the donor's IP address did not raise further concerns.
