House Ethics Committee investigating California Democrat Gomez over allegations of sexual misconduct 

The House Ethics Committee announced it is investigating allegations of sexual misconduct against Rep. Jimmy Gomez (D-Calif.). The panel confirmed it is reviewing claims that Gomez may have violated the Code of Official Conduct or other standards of conduct.
