Homan defends ICE electric shock gloves as alternative to lethal force

White House border czar Tom Homan defended plans to equip Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers with electric shock gloves. These gloves are intended as a less lethal alternative for officers to gain compliance from individuals resisting arrest.
