Hedge Fund Founder Charged With Scheme To Misrepresent Fund Performance To Investors

The Department of Justice announced the unsealing of a Complaint charging Vuk Vukovuc, founder of Oraclum Capital LLC and CEO/CIO of the Orca Bason Fund, with securities fraud and wire fraud. Vukovic was presented before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jennifer E. Willis.
