Hawaii Dem governor demands resignation after lieutenant faces corruption indictment

Hawaii Governor Josh Green has demanded the resignation of Lt. Governor Sylvia Luke following her indictment on charges including criminal conspiracy to commit bribery. Luke was indicted by a grand jury on bribery and falsifying candidate committee reports stemming from an alleged bribe taken in 2022 while she was a state lawmaker.
