Grassley, Whitehouse blast Treasury decision on FinCEN

Sens. Chuck Grassley and Sheldon Whitehouse blasted the Treasury Department's decision to exempt 99 percent of entities reporting to its Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The senators issued a joint statement warning the final rule published Tuesday undermines the Corporate Transparency Act.
