Four-time DWI felon handed over to ICE for deportation after LI judge released him without bail

Pablo Aguilar-Alvarez, a four-time DWI felon previously deported, was arrested again for driving without a license. Aguilar-Alvarez was turned over to US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.
