Florida Bar rejects judges’ ethics complaint against top DHS lawyer

The Florida Bar rejected an ethics complaint filed by more than 100 former federal judges against Department of Homeland Security General Counsel James Percival. The complaint stemmed from Percival's social media post listing jurists he deemed "Worst of the Worst."
