First use of Alien Terrorist Removal Court sends Afghan woman back after Election Day ISIS plot: DOJ

The Department of Justice announced Nazira Haji Zada admitted she was an "alien terrorist" in the first-ever use of the Alien Terrorist Removal Court. This specialized federal court was created 30 years ago by Congress following an Election Day ISIS plot.
