Fewer student loan borrowers falling behind on payments: Report

Student loan borrowers' delinquency rates decreased last quarter compared to the previous year, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Approximately 7.8 percent of student loan borrowers missed at least three monthly payments in the second quarter.
