Feds sue Hochul officials, claim massive fraud scheme in revamp of NY’s $11B Medicaid homecare program

New York's Attorney General's office, along with the Justice Department, has filed a lawsuit against officials of Governor Hochul's administration. The lawsuit alleges a massive fraud scheme related to the revamp of New York's $11 billion Medicaid homecare program.
